I usually ship your order within a maximum of 2 business days after receiving payment. Unless it is a special order, then of course I have to dye the wool first.

Within Germany:
Up to a value of goods of 10 € Deutsche Post Warensendung (uninsured) can be used.
The fees for packaging and shipping are:

From a value of goods of 15 € the dispatch always takes place by means of DHL in an insured package. To track the shipment, you will receive the corresponding number from me.
The fees for packing and shipping are:

5,95 € up to 2kg
6,95 € from 2kg
free shipping from 100 € value of goods

Within the EU:

Within the EU I ship to the following countries: Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal and Slovenia.
